WHAT IS A MULTIPLIER?

A Multipliers primary focus is to reach their campus by meeting new people, and leading those who are connected to their church. Multipliers help with leadership development, event planning, managing specific site tasks and endeavors, and continue to reach their campus or city.

WHAT IS A SITE MANAGER?

The Site Manager will elevate a site’s overall impact by streamlining communication from the Collegiate Leadership Team to the site and from the site staff to the church body. They will work closely with the Site Pastor to manage administrative details, encourage foresight, and collect data.

“In the great commission found in Matthew 28:18-20, Jesus tells His disciples to go and make disciples of all nations, teaching them to observe all that he commanded. Being a multiplier has been an amazing opportunity to do just that! I have gotten to invest my life into the next generations of disciplemakers/leaders in our church! There is nothing sweeter than watching transformation and growth in Christ happen right before your very eyes. I think there's no better front row seat to seeing how God is at work on your college campus, than by walking alongside students. My impact alone is limited, and so I'm incredibly thankful for the opportunity to mobilize and develop students in various areas, in order for them to be lifelong missionaries!”

Jenny Hanna, Pullman

As a Multiplier with Resonate Church, I've been given so many incredible opportunities to do what I love and pursue college students in a way that isn't possible to the same degree in many other vocational contexts. This role enables me to leverage every aspect of my life towards others experiencing the transformation of Christ, bringing hope to campuses that are so often prevailed in darkness. I have the joy of watching God’s power in their lives. Not only has this role deepened my personal relationship with Christ as I rely on Him to work through me, but it has also deepened my relationships with the students I lead as well as with our staff team. This job has given me a family that’s united by a shared purpose of making disciples of all nations.

Kasey Larson, Monmouth

I have been a Multiplier since 2018 and have loved my job. Jesus saved me in college and so the college campus is a special place for me. Being a Multiplier has allowed me to give my life to reaching people in a stage of life where I was impacted by the Gospel so it has felt very personal. I love being a Multiplier because I get to directly come alongside students in a stage of life where they are figuring out who they are and what they believe and introduce them to the most important person, Jesus Christ. Not only that but I get to work with students who will eventually go into places of influence after graduating and develop them to go into their different spaces to have Gospel impact. This job allows me to be a part of something that will have impact in this life and eternity.
