Ministry Partner Development

Ministry partners are how our staff support their income. We have set requirements for each staff member in order to make sure that they are prioritizing financial health as well as preparing for their future financially.

As a ministry worker, raising support can be a daunting task. It doesn't have to be intimidating though. God has given you a vision for ministry, and now you get to invite others into that vision.

We do this for a couple of reasons;

  1. We believe that the invitation of bringing other people into what we do to pray and support our ministries is vital.

  2. Our primarily collegiate church is not able to financially sustain both the staff and the ministry solely with internal giving, so our staff members choose to raise their own financial support.

Minimum Vacation Policy

You read that right, every staff member at minimum is required to take 2 weeks of vacation time throughout the year!

We are people who want to continuously grow in order to best reach and serve our campuses and cities.

Ability To Work Remote

When hired as a part of our Network Team, there is the possibility to work remotely. All on-campus roles are required to live in the city of their campus.
