Identification

The North American Mission Board (NAMB) has identified 403 universities throughout the United States and Canada that are influential, and have a deep need for the Gospel. It was from these 403 universities that Resonate’s vision of planting 21 churches by 2021 in collegiate cities emerged. Once a city has been identified, the next step is to identify the lead church planting couple. Lead church planters are identified using four characteristics: character, competency, capacity, and calling. These are individuals who often have been identified early on in the Resonate Leadership Pipeline. Once a lead church planter has been identified, they will then begin to train and identify others within the Resonate Network who are on the Resonate Leadership Pipeline towards becoming a church planter
