These Terms of Use apply to resonate.net, each Resonate church website and our church apps (the "Sites"). "Resonate," "we," "us" and "our" mean the organizations listed in our Privacy Policy. By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Sites.

You may use the Sites for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Sites in a way that breaks the law or harms another person.
• Submit false information or information about another person without their permission.
• Try to access pages, accounts or data you are not authorized to use, including password-protected pages for staff and leaders.
• Interfere with the Sites' security or operation, or collect information from the Sites with automated tools.

The content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, photos, video, sermons and other media, is owned by Resonate Collegiate Network or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may view, download and share our content for personal, non-commercial use, including in your own small group or church ministry, as long as you credit Resonate and don't change it. Any other use needs our written permission.

The Resonate name, the loop logo and our church names are trademarks of Resonate Collegiate Network. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

When you send us information through a form, app or message, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to carry out the ministry purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Prayer requests and similar personal information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Online gifts are processed by Pushpay, and gifts toward student trips by ServiceReef. Each is subject to that provider's terms. Gifts are voluntary. How gifts are received, used and receipted, and how a gift made in error is refunded, are explained on our Giving Information page.

Paid event registrations are processed by Subsplash. Each event's refund and cancellation terms are shown when you register.

The Sites link to and include features from other services, such as Pushpay, Subsplash, ServiceReef, social media and video platforms. We are not responsible for those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We provide the Sites "as is." We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the Sites will always be available, error-free or current. Event times, locations and other details may change.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Resonate and its staff and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Sites after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
