Day 10
Acts 8:4-8, 26-40
God’s power is magnificent, and His will is awe-inspiring. The way that Phillip is open to the Spirit’s prompting is what we want to meditate on today. As we go out to campus yet again, let us ask the Spirit to remind us that it is His power we depend on. We want to be like Philip, ready and open to the Spirit’s prompting.
This morning as we sit with God, tired, and maybe some of us are ready to be done, let us ask the Spirit to remind us that we are following Him today. So let us pray:
Heavenly Father, lift my drooping hands and strengthen my weak knees. Spirit, lead me to the places you want me to be. Reveal the people you want me to talk to today. Fill me up with your love Jesus that I may pour out onto the students walking around who do not know you. God, I am tired, but let me continue to run the race and rejoice in what you are doing here. Let me witness your glory today. In Jesus' name, Amen.
